Bill Cecil partnered with Dennis Jenkins and Blaine Singleton in 1998. The company grew and thrived with the addition of sheet metal subcontract work. Blaine passed away unexpectedly in 2004. Dennis prefers the hands-on aspect of the HVAC business and can be found daily on job-sites leading his crews by example and with knowledge that comes with 34 years of experience.

With the company well-established in the residential community, Cecil’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. welcomed Mark Gay as a third partner in 2013. Mark came to Cecil’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. with 28 years of HVAC sales and service experience. Bill, Dennis and Mark worked diligently to establish themselves and our company as a reliable and highly-respected provider of quality HVAC. Today, Mark Gay is the sole owner of Cecil’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and is continuing to ensure that Cecil’s serves central Kentucky with the highest standards and care.

Installation, repair, preventive maintenance and emergency service are included in our experience and expertise. Our team members include eight HVAC lead service technicians, one HVAC install crew, one master plumber, and three office personnel, with some of our service technicians doubling as a second install crew, who take great pride in the work they do and the company they represent. Our technician’s have an average of 19 years experience working in HVAC.
